2018年10月19-20日,中国农机企业家峰会2018年会在新疆维吾尔自治区召开。

中国农机企业家峰会成员单位第一拖拉机股份有限公司朱卫江总经理、约翰迪尔(中国)投资有限公司刘镜辉董事长兼总裁、雷沃阿波斯集团李金良总经理、爱科全球副总裁杨青、常州东风农机集团有限公司丁祥耀副总经理、山东五征集团姜卫东董事长、凯斯纽荷兰工业中国区农业及工程机械总裁卢卡·马纳蒂等企业负责人参加年会。

会议还特邀中国农业机械工业协会陈志会长、生态环境部大气环境司韦洪莲处长、新疆维吾尔自治区生产建设兵团农业机械化管理局丁卫东局长、新疆维吾尔自治区农牧业机械管理局裴新民总工、新疆维吾尔自治区农牧业机械产品质量监督管理站朱堂忠站长、科乐收农业机械(山东)有限责任公司张金望CEO、河北中农博远农业装备有限公司张国彬总经理、东风井关农业机械有限公司卢锋董事长、潍坊谷合传动技术有限公司李俊年董事长、大族激光行业及大客户部夏剑杰总经理作为特邀嘉宾出席了峰会活动。

本届年会聚焦国IV排放升级和营造健康行业氛围,座谈会由中国农机工业协会副秘书长宁学贵主持,陈志会长做了重要讲话,韦洪莲处长介绍了国IV排放标准制定背景及出台准备情况,并认真听取了企业家们对国IV排放升级的有关建议。

参会嘉宾就企业在国IV升级中遇到的问题及采取措施做了交流,就落实国IV排放升级政策、加强国IV农机产品监管及与农机购置补贴相结合等提出了可行性建议,并就国IV升级排放共同发起承诺和倡议。

座谈会上还就农机购置补贴有关实施措施和营造健康行业氛围进行了热烈讨论,达成了共识。 

丁卫东局长和裴新民总工向参会企业家介绍了新疆维吾尔自治区生产建设兵团和新疆维吾尔自治区自治区农业机械的推广应用有关情况。

年会中,还进行了中国农机企业家峰会秘书长交接仪式,李金良总经理代表首任秘书长总结了上阶段工作,经提议由约翰迪尔(中国)投资有限公司作为下一届秘书长并获得通过。

交接仪式后,刘镜辉董事长代表新任秘书长在发言中表示将与各成员共同发力,积极开展有益有效交流,促进行业健康有序发展。会上还谈论了峰会扩容及设立观察员等议题。

年会期间,与会嘉宾受邀参观了新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区麦盖提县五征集团万亩现代农业示范园,观摩了耕整地、植保及采棉机械作业,考察了五征多浪羊良种繁育示范基地和花卉栽培基地。
